Because of Dr. Gallico's position at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Harvard Medical School, many of his patients come from other areas in the U.S. or other countries. Boston and Harvard have always a premiere site for medical and surgical care. Plastic Surgery began in the U.S. at the Massachusetts General Hospital and we at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School continue to provide some of the best and most advanced cosmetic plastic surgery techniques available.

Although the level of cosmetic surgical care at the MGH is top-notch, the cost of such care is frequently less than that elsewhere in the USA or in other countries. . Coming to the MGH for cosmetic surgery may make good economic sense.
